The customer buys a Tile, trim (metal trim schluter or tile trim).
We buy two types of materials.
1. Materials that are usually included in the cost of labor (no additional payment for the customer):
mortar thinset and grout Caulking.
2. Materials that are not included in the cost of labor (we buy them, but the customer pays for the purchase):
Schluter stuff, walls kerdi panels, sealants, waterproof stuff, etc.
You can see all the details in your estimate.
